Life happens!
You must understand that as believers we do not get an automatic insulation against life oddities, rather being a believer equips you to press forward despite tough circumstances. The Holy Spirit who has been given to us as a Helper, initiates the forward movement by His Power which picks you up and sets you on your way.
What is key is that you allow the Holy Spirit to do this work. The Word of God reminds us that God is able to do exceeding abundantly, more that we can imagine or ask, however, according to the power at work in us (paraphrased). This Power in you is just how much you allow the Holy Spirit have His way in your life, just how much you are submitted to Him.
Pressing forward requires a determination on your part to see God at work in your life and be a witness to His great power at work in you. It requires an almost militant attitude of pushing the Kingdom agenda no matter what. It is you deciding to get up and keep running knowing that there is a race to finish and a crown to be won at the end. It is about focus and an understanding that ‘this too shall pass
Keep faith, know that God’s word stands forever, if He says He will rescue you, Believe Him
He is the covenant keeping God who never changes, He remains the same, He is consistent. Remember that He says “I will never leave you or forsake you
